Here’s one of my favorite keto recipes.They are great for parties or just as a keto friendly snack.
This is what you will need:
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Pepperoni or Salami
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except pepperoni. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper and flatten mixture into a square. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Add pepperoni slices on top (you can also add Salami), roll it up, making sure to press down to secure it and bake for another 5 minutes. Let cool and cut into pinwheels! Serve with ranch or marina sauce.
You can also use this recipe to make keto pizza! Just add the pepperoni and any other toppings you choose before baking.
